SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from the United States.

Most orders ship within 1-5 business days, however select items may take up to two weeks if they are a non pre-produced item. If you ordered multiple items then your entire order will be dispatched once all items are ready to ship. This does not include time in transit and is regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

* Domestic vs International shipments
* Total weight of package
* Selected shipping method

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.


To protect your shipment, we offer Route+ Shipping Protection to insure your order against loss, theft and damage. This is available to add at checkout.

VAT for international orders is calculated at checkout and processed by a third party. All international orders are shipped ‘duties paid’ so your order will arrive quickly and efficiently.

ORDERS

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item(s) purchased. Please respond to your order confirmation email for any exchange inquiries. The cost of shipping for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.

Yes, as long as your order has not already been shipped or loaded into our shipping queue for fulfillment! Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact tmg@emeraldfulfillment.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
