2019 Holiday Exchange Program & Transit Times

Thank you for purchasing with us! As all retailers and online stores, we are extremely busy during this holiday season thanks to your amazing support, and are working hard to ensure your order will arrive on time for the gift giving festivities. Please keep in mind, every order regardless of shipping method selected at checkout, requires 2-6 business days of processing time before it leaves our facilities. The shipping time estimated and shown to you at checkout does not include this processing time and is an estimate, meaning it is not a guarantee.

How can I guarantee I receive my order by December 24th?

To ensure your package arrives on time for Christmas, we’ve included the domestic shipping cut off dates for our available carriers below. Please make sure to order on or before these times to ensure your order will arrive no later than December 24th!

Please Note: We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of an unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as poor weather conditions or backlogs at the post office. Orders shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control. Again, these cut-off dates are ONLY for orders that has a shipping address within the USA!

  • USPS First Class: December 11th
  • USPS Priority Mail: December 13th
  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: December 5th
  • FedEx 2 Day: December 13th

Please bear in mind these are the GUARANTEED cut-off dates provided by the carriers mentioned as well as accounting for our holiday processing times. While it is totally possible to order after these outlined dates and still receive your order on or even before December 24th, the best way to guarantee your holiday gifts arrive by this date is to place your orders as early as possible. This should allow us time to ship your items in an efficient manner, which in turn should give you an extra day or two to wrap everything ahead of time!

Holiday Return Information:

During the holidays, if you place an order between November 25th and December 20th, your order will qualify for the extended holiday return/exchange policy of January 24th to initiate a return/exchange (as long as the item is in new, unwashed and otherwise re-sellable condition). If you ordered before or after these dates, your return is subject to our regular 30 days from delivery exchange window. Returns or exchanges outside of this window will not be accepted.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis. Undergarments including bras, boxers, and other intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return/exchange.

We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged order.

Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:

  • Items you want exchanged or refunded
  • Address to send shipment back to in the case of an exchange, if different then original shipping address
  • Your order number (Example: MG0001).
  • If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.

We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*

  • We do not accept C.O.D. parcel*

Shipping is NOT refundable.

Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return or exchange. If a return is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days.  At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.
